It’s March. It’s International Women’s Month, and it is fitting to do a post dedicated to the love of women and their bodies. There is a need to renew the love we have for all women by pushing them to be at their best, especially where their health is concerned.
An issue that is discussed a lot regarding women’s bodies is just that, their bodies. I’ve heard so many men complain about how Ghanaian women let themselves go after getting married or having children. I’ve also heard many women talk about how they want to lose weight, yet they make no effort to change their diet, or to exercise. Think about it…how can that work?
