Self-esteem is often an inside job.  We talk so much about how different things around us have the ability to affect our self-esteem, but the reality is we can be our own worst enemy.  How many times have you used your own negativity against yourself.  This is the quickest way to killing your motivation and self-worth.  You can build yourself up just as easily as you have knocked yourself down.
